Do you offer any technical assistance?
All machines are prepared and tested at the technical warehouse before they are placed at any venue for game play. Preventative maintenance is conducted regularly to ensure the machine and relevant equipment operates to maximum capacity. All other repairs will be attended to by Field Technicians that operate from 08h00 till 02h00 daily, 365 days a year.
Our Field Technicians are well trained in the repairs and maintenance of slot machines and all other gaming equipment and we are proud to have staff in the field with several years' experience.
